Preparation Of Annual Accounts
We operate stringent controls to ensure that funds are readily available to ensure efficient property management. This is facilitated with the co-operation of leaseholders, by prompt payment of service charge contributions, when due.
We liaise with Auditors and Accountants in the preparation of full service charge statements and management company accounts, at the end of each financial year.
A report is prepared for each property with observations and recommendations regarding financial expenditure incurred. These recommendations are assessed and applied to service charges for successive years.
